Learn the basics of handling a knife, sharpening, and which knives are best for specific uses. Our on-site expert, Cory, will guide us in improving our use of the most important tool in the kitchen. Each participant will carve a whole chicken. This is a hands-on class! You’ll also receive a FREE paring knife to take home.
