Recipes will include: Scallop/Short Rib Slider (Seared Scallop atop a bed ofBraised/Shredded Short Rib on a Soft Slider Bun with Horseradish Sauce), Texas Torpedo’s (Bacon-wrapped Jalapenos Stuffed with Pulled Pork, Chihuahua Cheese and Sweet BBQ Glaze), Shrimp Tamale in a Roasted Corn and Cilantro Cream Sauce.
