This month Jamie Price, Pitmaster and Owner of LBJ Catering, will be sharing with class participants Cajun BBQ Shrimp; Gumbo: Louisiana stew dating back to the 1700’s, featuring shrimp, chicken, and Andouille sausage in a rich broth, the “Holy Trinity” of veggies, served over rice; and Muffaletta: Classic New Orleans deli sandwich featuring a large round loaf filled with Mortadella, salami, ham, mozzarella, provolone, and olive salad.
