Our chefs provide you with all the knowledge you need to create amazing dishes. Our classes are perfect for a date night or girls' night out. Adult classes are $40-$50 per person/per class unless posted otherwise. Must be 21 to attend Wine Classes. Must be 18 to attend Knife Skills Class. You may bring in beverages with you to drink during class. Limit one bottle of wine per two people or two beers per person. ID's will be checked prior to class. You will receive a full meal when attending most classes.
Paid registration is required as seating is limited. There is a two day notification required for cancellation of a class for refund. If less than two days is given for cancellation, you may find a friend or family member to fill your spot. If you need to cancel the day of class due to illness or emergency, you can get half credit toward another class. Please inform us of food allergies upon registration. If over 21, you may bring 1 bottle of wine per 2 people, or 2 bottles of beer per person. No hard liquor is allowed. ID's are required. With the exception of kids classes, children under the age of 12 cannot attend adult classes unless previously approved by Gourmet Chef management.
HANDS ON CLASS Join Sue of UpAgain Catering to explore the world of Rhubarb. You will be a making a Rhubarb BBQ Sauce and Dessert Topping. She will show you how to preserve rhubarb and each participant will take jars of yummy goodness home to enjoy throughout the winter.

Jamie from LBJ Catering will be making: Crab and Spinach Artichoke Dip (Baltimore Ravens), Juicy Lucy Slider stuffed with Bacon, Avocado, and Fried Green Tomatoes (Minnesota Vikings), Beer Braised Brats W/Homemade Kraut and Bacon/Onion Jam(Green Bay Packers), Brisket Nachos w/Poblano Corn Queso (Dallas Cowboys), and Adult Milk Shakes (NY Giants). Wear your team colors!!
Sue of UpAgain Catering, will show you how to make your own sushi rolls in this hands-on class. Eat your sushi that evening or take it home to share with friends and family. Very popular hands on class!
Janette of Souris River Brewing will be recreating these famous recipes from one of the All Time greatest chefs! Janette will be making Quiche Lorraine, French Onion Soup, Coq Au Vin, and of course Classic Crepes.
Sue of UpAgain Catering is taking on the challenge of beer! You will be enjoying the taste of stout beer and Short Ribs along with Bacon Beer Biscuits (say that fast five times). Preserves and desserts will be infused with beer! Must be 21 or older to attend!

The kids learned how to survive the Zombie Apocalypse, and now you can learn how to survive the new taxes! Learn how to can and preserve, dry your own jerky and fruit, grow your own herbs and learn their uses, grinding grains, and so much more!! This will be a 3 week session. Sept. 27, Day 1: Grind your own grains, and make homemade Bread and Pancakes w/berries. Serve them with creamy Butter and homemade Peanut Butter. And we’ll make Paneer Cheese w/Herbs.
Oct. 4, Day 2: Learn to dry foods including Jerky, and Dried Fruit. Also the fine art of steaming and simple canning by making Strawberry Jam. Baked Beans are also on the menu.
Oct. 11, Day 3: Today will be the day for making Energy Bars, and also learning about herbs, spices, and their uses. Natural home remedies will be discussed. Mare will be sharing her recipes for homemade Cleaning Supplies that cost much less than store bought! Then you get to take home your Tariff Survival Pack in a reusable fabric bag!!
